All of Protect 24 Security’s customers are monitored at a
state of the art Grade A1 monitoring centre.
What does this mean to me?
This means that the premises is purpose built and provides the
highest security parameters as directed by the Australian
Standard 2210.2. The A classification denotes the highest
standard of accreditation for both building services and
construction and the 1 is for operation, equipment and staff.

Emergency/After Hours Response
Even with taking all precautions possible, emergency situations
can and do occur. In tandem with our Monitoring Centre we
provide you with highly trained experts supplying a professional
emergency service 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Staffs are
skilled in dealing with crisis situations and each team member
holds a security license. In-house resources enable monitoring
centre staff to respond immediately and effectively, in
accordance with specific instructions from customers, therefore
minimizing the consequences of any emergency. All information
and data is retained for a minimum of 5 years as per statutory
regulations. Staff compliance includes operator background
checks, compliancy based training levels and operator training
records.
The reassurance of remote back-up
Comprehensive back-up services ensure the monitoring centres are
totally self-sufficient. Remote back-up monitoring is supported
by a generator and uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) with a
battery standby. Full facilities are provided such as a kitchen,
air-conditioning and ventilation, all of which meet the
specified statutory requirements.
